ServiceNow Services Partner Ecosystem Update

We previously reviewed the ServiceNow services partner ecosystem (https://elaxtra.com/insights/servicenow-services-partner-ecosystem-analysis). This update highlights the ecosystem growth in the last year.

Founded in 2004, ServiceNow is an enterprise software company focused on workflow automation and AI-enabled business operations. The company’s platform allows organizations to integrate enterprise data, security systems, and operational processes across functions such as IT, HR, CRM, and risk management. The company has built a strong enterprise presence, with approximately 85% of Fortune 500 companies currently using its platform. The company is one of the 15 largest software organizations worldwide, ranked by revenue.

ServiceNow added approximately 300 services partners in the past 15 months, a 24% increase. Most regions grew except from Africa and Latam.

The ServiceNow ecosystem grew across all firm sizes from 2025 to 2026.

Over half of ServiceNow’s services partners are based in North America, while most of the global delivery workforce is in Asia, reflecting the typical footprint of technology services organizations.

Over one-third of ServiceNow’s partners have fewer than 50 employees, and nearly half of consulting firms have fewer than 100 team members, indicating ongoing fragmentation in the space.
