NetSuite, Oracle's cloud-based business management platform, offers a comprehensive suite of solutions including ERP, CRM, planning and budgeting, commerce, HCM, PSA, CPQ, analytics, and FSM to help companies streamline their operations (https://www.netsuite.com/). To ensure global adoption and successful implementation of its products, NetSuite has cultivated an extensive network of service partners. This analysis provides an overview of NetSuite's services partner ecosystem, examining both its geographical distribution and the scale of its partners.

Regional Distribution of NetSuite Services Partners

After a thorough data clean-up, we identified a total of 279 NetSuite service partners operating across various regions. This diverse group includes consulting firms, financial advisory companies, technology integrators, and service providers, all dedicated to implementing and optimizing NetSuite solutions for their clients. The regional breakdown of these partners is as follows:

region

North America is home to the vast majority of NetSuite's service partners, accounting for 96% of the total partner base. Interestingly, despite having only 2% of the partners, Europe contributes a significant 87% of the total partner headcount. This suggests that while there are fewer individual partners in Europe, the region hosts a few exceptionally large-scale service providers.

Size Distribution of NetSuite Services Partners

NetSuite's services partner network comprises companies ranging from small firms to large system integrators (SIs). The distribution of partners by size reveals a distinct pattern:

The majority of NetSuite's service partners are small firms. Specifically, 54% of partners have fewer than 50 employees, and two-thirds have fewer than 100 employees. This indicates a high degree of fragmentation within the NetSuite services partner ecosystem.
