Atlassian Services Partner Ecosystem

Written by Elaxtra Advisors | January 28, 2025

Founded in 2002 in Sydney, Australia, Atlassian (https://www.atlassian.com/) is recognized in the industry by its agile / devops, ITSM, and work management products (Jira, Confluence, Bitbucket, Trello, etc.).

Initially, the company focused on developing products tailored for software developers. Over time, Atlassian expanded its offerings to address the broader IT landscape and successfully engaged non-technical teams within organizations. As with other established partner ecosystems, Atlassian has strategically leveraged its services partners to drive platform adoption, provide consulting services, and support implementation and maintenance across its customer base.
